The Brewers ran wild on the A’s today, and Turang, who had 50 steals last season, upped his 2025 total from five to eight. Seemingly a totally new player, Turang’s average exit velocity is up over five mph this year. He is batting .322 with a 49 percent hard-hit rate, compared to .254 with a 29 percent hard-hit rate last season.

Contreras continues to play through a fractured left middle finger. While his production this season has waned compared to last season, he seemed healthy enough on Sunday as he crushed his fourth home run of the year against the Rays. Contreras is hitting just .237 with 21 RBI and a .691 OPS this year, but perhaps Sunday’s performance will spark a power surge for the 27-year-old backstop.

Yelich’s home run was his seventh of the year and it tied the score at one in the fourth inning. The 33-year-old outfielder is hitting just .208 with a .678 OPS this year, though he does have seven home runs, 26 RBI and eight stolen bases. Fantasy managers have to hang tight with Yelich and hope he turns his average around while providing solid numbers in the other categories.

Megill breezed through the ninth inning Sunday as he retired the Rays in order and recorded one strikeout. It was just his fifth save of the season as the Brewers remain below .500 at 20-21. Megill has a 3.18 ERA and 15:6 SO:BB ratio in 11 1/3 innings on the season.

The versatile 32-year-old victimized Blue Jays’ starter José Ureña for a 403-foot (104.3 mph EV) solo shot to lead off the third inning. That would be the only run that the Mariners could muster in the ballgame. Moore has been terrific when he has been on the field for the M’s this season, slashing a healthy .282/.330/.553 to go along with seven homers, 12 RBI and seven stolen bases (11 attempts). He’s worth a look in any and all mixed leagues where he may still be hanging around on the waiver wire.

Romero was a highly-touted pitching prospect a couple years ago in the Rays’ system, but didn’t have any success at the highest level. The 27-year-old righty last appeared in the majors back in 2022 when he made four appearances (two starts) between the Rays and Nationals. He’s merely extra organizational starting pitching depth and a true reclamation project at this stage of his career.

Arizona continues to give Marte regular rest after returning earlier this month from the injured list without a rehab assignment. The 31-year-old fantasy star blasted two homers during Friday’s loss to the Dodgers and has gone deep three times in his last three contests. It’ll be rookie Tim Tawa getting into the lineup at second base on Sunday afternoon.
