Phillips adds that Chisholm and the league agreed to a settlement that rescinded the original one-game suspension. The 27-year-old received the one-game ban, which he appealed, for his actions back on April 17 when he violated the league’s social media policy.

Judge’s dominance this season is becoming ridiculous. He tattooed a 426 foot home run in the first inning here against Orioles’ starter Cade Povich and never made an out. Sadly, he was stranded in the on-deck circle in a one run game after Trent Grishman struck out to record the final out in this one. Nevertheless, Judge has registered multiple hits in six of his last eight games and has a jaw-dropping 1.282 OPS through just over a month of play.

On the bright side, this was Carrasco’s best game of the season in terms of missing bats. He forced 15 whiffs in total and did so by pushing up his slider usage while barely throwing either of his fastballs. In total, he threw just one fewer slider than both his four-seam fastball and sinker combined. He also threw more changeups than either of those pitches individually. The downside of this plan was that he struggled to find the strike zone, consistently fell behind in the count, and then gave up tons of hits when the Orioles were hunting his fastballs. At the end of the day, any version of Carrasco at this point in his career is not fantasy viable.

No surprise here after Chisholm was lifted from Tuesday’s contest with right flank discomfort. The electrifying 27-year-old downplayed concern after the contest, but Yankees manager Aaron Boone wasn’t willing to rule out a potential trip to the injured list. He’s slated to undergo further testing, including an MRI, on his right oblique prior to Friday’s series opener against the Rays. There should be an update on his status at some point in the coming days. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now. It’ll be journeyman Pablo Reyes filling in at the keystone on Wednesday night in his absence.

The Mets called on Waddell for the spot-appearance as they’re in the midst of a 26 games in 27 days stretch and he performed as well as anyone could have hoped. He followed opener Huascar Brazobán the funky, left-handed Waddell was lethal over his 60-pitch outing. He retired the final eight batters he faced and forced a swing-and-miss with all five of his pitches. Those five pitches all got some real use too, as he threw each at least 12% of the time and he looked passable as a spot-starter.

Rivas figures to be a lineup fixture in Seattle for the near future. He’s yet to pick up an extra-base hit, but he’s 11-for-30 with nine walks, giving him a .513 OBP. He’s also 3-for-3 stealing bases.
