Twins claimed RHP Zak Kent off waivers from the St. Louis Cardinals.

They sent Pablo López (elbow) to the 60-day injured list in a corresponding move. Kent has been DFA’d and claimed off waivers four times since the end of the 2025 season. He figures to be a back-end piece for the Twins if he makes the roster.
