He is human, afterall. Judge struck out twice against Hunter Dobbins in his second consecutive three-strikeout evening. It’s disappointing, but considering the 33-year-old saw his numbers ‘drop’ to .384/.479/.767, it’d be pretty foolish to complain for too long.

Stanton has wrapped up a minor league rehab assignment and will make his long-awaited season debut early this upcoming week at Yankee Stadium against Los Angeles. The 35-year-old veteran slugger’s over-the-fence pop makes him a potential cheap power source in deeper mixed leagues.

Chisholm went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored on Saturday night in his return to New York’s lineup after missing time earlier this week with separate groin and neck issues. The 27-year-old speedster is at third base and batting fifth on Sunday afternoon when the Yankees face right-hander Brayan Bello at Fenway Park.

Rodón was better than his previous outing against Boston when he gave up five runs in as many innings, but there were still shaky moments from the southpaw. He walked a pair against his four strikeouts, and he was pulled in the sixth after throwing 92 pitches — 59 of those for strikes. It wasn’t a disastrous outing for Rodón, but another disappointing one just based on expectations set in the 2025 campaign. He’ll still take a strong 3.01 ERA into a scheduled start against the Angels on Thursday.

It appears to be a routine off day for Tucker with Seiya Suzuki heading out to patrol right field on Sunday afternoon against the Pirates. The 28-year-old fantasy superstar has been scuffling of late by his lofty standards, hitting .240 (12-for-50) with only one homer and two steals over his last 15 contests.

Anthony and Mayer got a chance to face exactly one of New York’s three left-handed arm, squaring off against Ryan Yarbrough and Carlos Rodón respectively, during this series. The pair of elite prospect will open Sunday’s contest at Fenway Park on the bench in favor or Rob Refsnyder and Abraham Toro. It feels like only a matter of time before they get their opportunities to face southpaws on a consistent basis, especially Anthony, who had success against them in the minors.

Smith’s grounder hit to the left side hit right in front of the plate, but at 107.5 mph off the bat, if had just enough to get through the infield. Smith also had a 105.8-mph lineout to center today. Since a five-game hitless streak from May 30-June 4, Smith has gone 8-for-28 with six RBI in his last six games. He’s not a consistent run producer just yet, but it’s only a matter of time.
