ESPN’s Buster Olney reports that Matt Chapman’s hand injury could sideline him for the remainder of June.

Chapman was placed on the injured list with right-hand inflammation, and the team will have the 32-year-old visit with a specialist Friday. Casey Schmitt will likely get the majority of starts at third with Christian Koss occasionally filling in, and this will almost assuredly not be a minimum stint on the injured list for Chapman.
