There simply isn’t an everyday role for Kim with the Dodgers, despite his defensive versatility, with Tommy Edman and Andy Pages playing at second base and center field, respectively. The 26-year-old rookie has started just seven of a possible 16 games since June 1. There’s no path to fantasy relevance in shallow mixed leagues unless he’s going to find a way into the lineup a few additional times per-week.

It’s the second time Glasnow has faced hitters as he continues to work his way back from shoulder inflammation that put him on the shelf back in late April. the 31-year-old fantasy ace is getting close to starting a rehab assignment and will likely require a handful of tune-up outings to build up his stamina and pitch count before returning to Los Angeles’ rotation. He figures to be ready at some point in late July.

Matt Sauer is supposed to be the bulk guy tonight, but it’ll be Dreyer going first. He’s topped out at three innings this season and he hasn’t pitched in six days, so if he’s effective, he might go a little longer than the typical opener.

He’s considered day-to-day. Baty homered Saturday, but he’s batting just .136/.204/.273 this month after his excellent May. The Mets have Ronny Mauricio at third and Jared Young in the DH spot tonight.

Stott managed to finish the contest, but will undergo further evaluation and testing to determine the severity of the issue. It sounds like he could wind up getting a couple days off this week as a result of the issue. There should be some clarity on his status ahead of Tuesday’s game.
