The right-hander has had success at the big league level in the past, but he struggled at Triple-A Indianapolis this season, registering a 9.90 ERA, 1.85 WHIP and a 15/12 K/BB ratio across his 20 innings of work there. He’s now free to latch on elsewhere if he so chooses.
