Adou Thiero (knee) has been shut down for a few days after experiencing swelling.

Thiero will not play in Wednesday’s opener against the Warriors due to a right knee effusion. There has also been some swelling in the knee, so the Lakers are shutting the second-year wing down for a few days. Upon his clearance to resume working out, Thiero will be considered day-to-day.
