RecapBrandon Williams tallied 17 points (7-of-11 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), three rebounds, three assists, one block and two three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Clippers.
Although he didn’t get the starting nod for Sunday’s game, Williams was one of the Warriors’ available guards who took advantage of Stephen Curry’s absence. He shot 5-for-8 from the field in the first half, scoring 12 of his 17 points. Williams wasn’t as productive in the second half, but this was a solid night for a player whose contract won’t be fully guaranteed until January 10. The Warriors play three games next week, starting with the Suns on Monday.
