The extension keeps Hardy with Utah through the 2030-31 season. The new deal is a vote of confidence from Utah’s front office as the team continues its rebuild in the post Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert era. Hardy has a record of 85-161 through three seasons as Utah’s head coach, but it’s hard to put that on him given how often the Jazz have sat starters over his tenure. The team could be on the upswing with a 14 percent chance to land the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.

Tshiebwe hasn’t been able to carve out a role in the NBA since going undrafted in 2023, but whenever he gets the opportunity to play, he dominates the glass. He has played in 10 games since the All-Star break and has finished with at least 10 rebounds in eight of them. Sunday’s game was his third-straight double-double, which is a great way for him to end the season. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a clear path for him to play rotation minutes next season, so we may have to wait until next March and April for him to shine.

What a way to close out the season for Sensabaugh. The second-year guard had at least 20 points and five three-pointers in Utah’s final three games of the season. Sensabaugh also had some big performances at the end of last season, but his role entering year two was a minimal one. It’s unclear what things will look like entering his third season in the NBA, which makes him a difficult player to consider drafting next year, especially if Utah opts to tank again. Still, the 21-year-old has proven his potential once again to wrap up the season.

Martin will remain out on Sunday, missing a fifth straight game due to illness. Micah Potter played 32 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Thunder and may take on a similar workload on Sunday. However, fantasy managers in active leagues should target Kyle Filipowski and Brice Sensabaugh first.
