Titans TE Gunnar Helm (toe) is questionable for Tennessee’s Week 16 game against the Chiefs.

He practiced in full on Friday and should be considered on the optimistic side of questionable. Helm should be a solid TE2 in Week 16 against a Chiefs defense with little to play for after Week 15’s 4/49/1 receiving line.
