Mike Evans (Achilles) was not present at Thursday’s practice.

Evans wasn’t spotted at practice, nor was Deebo Samuel (hamstring). Neither player is expected to play against the Raiders on Thursday, and Thursday’s missed practice seems to clinch that. The 49ers’ receiving crops are in dire straits, with Christian Kirk also not practicing with his knee injury.
