Ravens did not activate Adam Randall (neck) from injured reserve for Week 9 against the Jaguars.

The Ravens’ rookie running back will have to wait to make his debut. The Ravens declared QB Kedon Slovis, WR Elijah Sarratt, OL Emery Jones Jr., DL Aeneas Peebles, CB Nate Wiggins and S Jaylinn Hawkins inactive. Hawkins is dealing with a knee injury and Wiggins, the Ravens’ No. 1 cornerback, is listed with a stinger and an illness. Slovis will serve as the emergency third quarterback. Austin Reed is the QB2.
