Eagles ruled out Jihaad Campbell (hamstring/quad) for Week 9 against the Giants.

Campbell will now miss another game, beset by upper-leg injuries. The Eagles also ruled out DBs Michael Carter (abdomen) and Jonathan Jones (hamstring). The Eagles still have talented players available, but the defense is a little banged up.
