Seahawks ruled out Rashid Shaheed (knee) for Week 9 against the Cardinals.

The Seahawks will again be without their speedy, underused wide receiver. Fortunately, Tory Horton (hand) was removed from the injury report and will play this week. He will catch passes thrown by Drew Lock (elbow).
