Bills GM Brandon Beane told reporters that the Bills did not receive any calls about James Cook’s availability via trade this weekend.

Cook skipped last week’s voluntary workouts and is, by all accounts, still hoping that the Bills will extend his contract beyond 2025 to the tune of $15 million per year. The team hasn’t blinked and no suitors came calling this weekend. It is possible that Cook could attempt a “hold in” but he has very little leverage. Hopefully, the situation is resolved well before training camp begins.
