Bills signed DT Casey Rogers, formerly of the Giants, to a contract.

Rogers spent less than 24 hours on waivers before being signed to his second NFL team, despite having zero statistical output as a rookie. The Bills are in need of space eaters on their interior defensive line, making this a decent situation for Rogers.
