Champ Kelly

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that former Raiders assistant GM Champ Kelly “has agreed to join the Dolphins as a senior personnel executive.”

Kelly will work “in both pro and college scouting.” Kelly interviewed for multiple general manager roles around the league but ultimately takes a job in sunny Miami. Kelly previously held front office jobs with the Broncos and Bears.
