Mixon wasnât seen at the open portion of practice, and neither was Dameon Pierce, who is also nursing an ankle injury and wasnât able to play in SNF against the Bears. Mixon picked up his ankle injury during that contest, and hasnât been at either practice. If Mixon canât go, Cam Akers will likely dominate the touches for Week 3 against the Vikings, with Dare Ogunbowale getting some work as well.
