Rico Dowdle

Rico Dowdle ran five times for 25 yards in the Cowboys’ Week 6 loss to the Lions, adding five receptions for 30 additional yards.

A handful of Dowdle’s receptions came in garbage time, as the Cowboys were just trying to escape the fourth quarter unscathed. Dowdle never had a chance to get going in this one despite averaging a solid 5.0 YPC on his five attempts on the ground. Dowdle remains the leader in Dallas’ underwhelming backfield, but that hasn’t led to much in the way of fantasy production. He won’t offer any fantasy upside in Week 7 with the Cowboys on bye.
