Horton (6β3/196) spent two years at Nevada before transferring to Colorado State, where he immediately broke out with a 71-1,131-8 receiving line. He accounted for nearly half of the Ramsβ receiving yards and two-thirds of their touchdowns. This would go on to be his best season by the market share numbers, but he improved his counting stats in 2023 with a 96-1,136-8 line. Horton only appeared in five games last year because of a knee injury. His counting stats were set to fall on a run-heavy CSU offense, but he did manage an elite 3.5 yards per route run before going down. Horton played primarily on the outside in college and worked the intermediate and deep portions of the field. His slight frame made it easy for more physical corners to push around in college, and that will only worsen at the NFL level. Horton is best suited for a Z receiver role in the pros.
