SNY’s Connor Hughes believes Week 10 is the “earliest” he can see the Giants turning to Jaxson Dart at quarterback.

“Week 15 versus Washington is likely where the Giants hope they can get to,” Hughes continues. The Giants appear likely to be one of the worst teams in the league in 2025 regardless of the fact that Russell Wilson is an upgrade on their quarterback situation last season, and Hughes notes that “uncertainty with head coach Brian Daboll and his job status clouds this.” The Giants will likely either need to play better in 2025 or be able to point to Dart with a reasonable expectation that he’s developed into something for Daboll and GM Joe Schoen to save their jobs.
