According to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan, QB Tommy DeVito will make the Giants’ initial 53-man roster.

Raanan mentions that Brian Daboll said the Giants will carry three quarterbacks, which means Tommy DeVito remains along with Daniel Jones and Drew Lock. However, Daboll also called this group “the original 53" and said there will be changes coming in the next few days, so it’s possible that DeVito will be waived if the Giants continue to feel confident about Drew Lock (oblique) and his ability to suit up for Week 1.
