Bills declared WR Curtis Samuel, OL Will Clapp, DT Zion Logue, LB Terrel Bernard, LB Edefuan Ulofoshio, and S Mike Edwards inactive for Week 8 against the Seahawks.

No surprises here as Samuel was ruled out earlier in the week. Khalil Shakir will contniue playing primarily from the slot, giving him WR3 upside even with Amari Cooper stepping in as the team’s top receiver.
