Browns declared S Juan Thornhill, WR Cedric Tillman, RB D’Onta Foreman, CB Chigozie Anusiem, T Jedrick Wills Jr., DT Sam Kamara, and DE James Houston inactive for Week 13 against the Broncos.

The loss of Tillman is a massive blow considering he had stepped into the featured pass-catching role for the Browns. Foreman is not needed with Nick Chubb healthy, while Wills’ absence could create additional pressure for quarterback Jameis Winston against an aggressive Denver defense.
