Chris Olave caught 8-of-14 targets for 107 yards in the Saints’ Week 8 loss against the Chargers.

Olave led the Saints in targets and receptions but could not find the end zone in a day marred by offensive mistakes for miscues for New Orleans. Without Rashid Shaheed (leg), Olave was a target hog and should continue operating as one for the remainder of the season. Hopefully the eventual return of Derek Carr (oblique) will increase the quality of targets Olave will see in the Saints offense. Olave will be a WR2 in Week 9 against the weak Carolina defense.
