Chuba Hubbard

CARRB • #30

Chuba Hubbard rushed 13 times for 97 yards and a touchdown in the Panthers’ Week 5 loss to the Bears.

Hubbard lost two yards on his four receptions, though the PPR points cash all the same. He broke free for a 38-yard touchdown in the first quarter on a well-blocked run up the middle. It was the longest rush of his career, tied with a carry from last week. The score was also Carolina’s only end zone trip of Week 5. Hubbard’s three-down role keeps him insulated from bad game script, even in a blowout loss. He will remain in the RB2 ranks as long as rookie Jonathon Brooks is not activated from the PUP list for Week 6.
