ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports the Jaguars will not exercise the fifth-year option on LB Devin Lloyd.

The option would have guaranteed Lloyd $14.751 million for the 2026 season. Lloyd, who was the 27th overall pick in 2022, has started 46 of 48 games with the Jaguars since his arrival. In 2024, Lloyd had 113 tackles, two sacks, an interception and a forced fumble. According to PFF, Lloyd has been the Jaguars’ highest-graded linebacker over the past two seasons. Lloyd will become a free agent next offseason.
