Ja'Marr Chase

Ja'Marr Chase

CINWR • #1

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports “there’s some optimism” that Ja’Marr Chase will practice on Wednesday.

When asked about Chase’s practice status earlier today, all head coach Zac Taylor could say was, “We’ll see.” He was in uniform at the start of practice, though that doesn’t guarantee his participation. Chase has been out of practice while seeking a new contract from the Bengals. The superstar receiver still has two years left on his rookie deal but is more than deserving of a ludicrous extension. If he does miss Cincinnati’s upcoming practices, it will be hard for Chase to get up to speed in time for Week 1. Fantasy managers will need to stay tuned as Chase missing any time would have significant ramifications. Bengals WR3 Andrei Iosivas should be stashed in all formats.
