Falcons agreed to terms with WR Ray-Ray McLoud, formerly of the 49ers, on a two-year, $6 million contract.

McCloud caught 12 passes for 135 scoreless yards last season and has been used primarily on special teams. The speedy receiver returned a combined 103 kicks and punts for 955 yards over the last two seasons and will likely be used primarily as a returner for the Falcons.
