Jaguars selected Texas RB Keilan Robinson with the No. 169 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Robinson (5’8/191) spent the majority of his career stuck behind the likes of Bijan Robinson, Roschon Johnson, and Jonathon Brooks. As a result, he saw little opportunity for playing time and totaled just 156 touches for his career to go with 1,128 yards from scrimmage and 11 touchdowns. Despite playing in 13 games last season, Robinson totaled just 190 yards on 20 touches and ranked fourth amongst Texas running backs in offensive snaps. The fact Robinson couldn’t crack the top of the depth chart despite five years of experience is concerning. To his credit, he was efficient on limited touches, forcing a missed tackle on 28.1 percent of his carries while also averaging a solid 9.5 YPR through the air. He’ll need to flash in the offseason, and will likely need to make an impact on special teams to crack the Jags’ 53-man roster.
