Jalen Tolbert

Jalen Tolbert caught 3-of-5 targets for 43 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys’ Week 3 loss to the Ravens.

Tolbert didn’t record a catch until the fourth quarter when the Cowboys were in comeback mode. His first catch, which went for 19 yards, helped set up an eventual rushing touchdown by Dak Prescott, while his third reception went for a 15-yard score on the following drive. Tolbert has now seen five or more targets in back-to-back games and has 10 catches for 137 yards and a touchdown on the season. It’s probably not a coincidence that his two productive games have come in games the Cowboys spent most of the day trailing. We wouldn’t expect that to be the case in Week 4 when the Cowboys face off against the Giants.
