Downs’ workload in practice has been managed for a few weeks but he has yet to miss any time. The same should be true this time around. With Joe Flacco starting in Week 9, Downs, who leads the Colts in targets since he returned in Week 3, will jump into the WR2 ranks versus Minnesota.
