Malik Nabers advanced to the next step in the NFL’s concussion protocol.

Nabers is expected to be a non-contact participant in practice this week. Giants head coach said Nabers, who suffered a brain injury in Week 4 against the Cowboys, is “doing much better” after being sidelined for almost three weeks. There’s no guarantee Nabes will be back for this week’s game against the Eagles, though he appears to be trending toward a return. We won’t know for sure until Friday. Nabers had at least 12 targets in the three games before his concussion.
