Michael Wilson (ankle) was limited in Thursday’s practice.

This is probably a minor issue for Wilson. There were no reports of him suffering an ankle injury following the Cardinals’ Week 6 loss to the Packers, and a limited practice to start the week is far from an indictment on his Week 7 availability. The Cardinals don’t play until Monday night. If Wilson can continue to get on the practice field, we’ll assume he’ll be good to go against the Chargers.
