Seahawks designated LB Uchenna Nwosu (thigh) to return from injured reserve.

They did the same for Stone Forsythe, opening 21-day practice windows for each player. Nwosu has played just 20 snaps this year after tearing his pectoral late in 2023 and immediately suffering this thigh injury in his 2024 debut in Week 5. He’d be a big boost to Seattle’s pass rush down the stretch.
