He reportedly showed enough in pre-game warmups to serve as the team’s emergency quarterback behind starter Russell Wilson and backup Kyle Allen. Also inactive for the Steelers are CB C.J. Henderson, LB Nick Herbig, C Zach Frazier, and RB Cordarrelle Patterson.
