Amador got on base with a single to lead off the third inning and stole second for his first steal of the season. He then slugged his first career home run, taking Hunter Greene deep in the fifth. Amador later drive in a run with a double in the ninth. The 22-year-old second baseman is getting his shot to play with Ezequiel Tovar and Thairo Estrada on the injured list, though he’s hitting just .214/.290/.393 with ten strikeouts over 32 plate appearances.

McMahon will be out of the lineup for the first time in 2025. The 30-year-old has scuffled mightily with a .528 OPS to begin the campaign, and the Rockies will give him a chance to reset in the series finale against Cincinnati. McMahon has had ups and downs throughout his career, and he’s a great bounceback candidate in the coming weeks.

Senzatela stranded a baserunner in the first inning, then gave up a two-run blast to Noelvi Marte in the second. Austin Hays later took Senzatela deep for a pair of solo homers in the fourth and sixth innings. He gave up a base hit with no outs folling Hays’s homer in the sixth and that would be it. The 30-year-old right-hander struck out four. He’ll take a 5.22 ERA, 1.88 WHIP, and a 13/5 K/BB ratio across 29 1/3 innings into a start against the Giants in San Francisco on Friday.

Edman came up big for the Dodgers with a two-run single in the bottom of the 10th that turned a 6-5 deficit into a victory. Edman has now driven in 21 runs in 28 games, and that hit sees him slashing .248/.288/.514 on the young campaign. Edman’s average leaves much to be desire, but he’s made up for it with the power and run production.

McLain snapped an 0-for-21 hitless streak with a seventh-inning single and immediately swiped second base for his fourth theft of the season. The 25-year-old speedster has gotten off to an ice-cold start this season, hitting .162 (12-for-74) with four homers and four steals through 20 games. We’re anticipating he’ll turn things around soon simply because he’s way too talented to continue struggling for much longer.

The triple should have been a single, but Alex Call made a flailing dive at it and watched it roll by him. McNeil’s homer was more impressive, traveling a projected 420 feet to right-center. Barring a correction, that’s the farthest he’s hit a ball since 2019. He topped out at 402 feet last year and 400 feet in 2023.
