Myers tossed three scoreless frames before giving up two runs in the fourth on a walk, two hits, and a sacrifice fly. He’s given up no more than two runs in a start but isn’t going very deep into games at this point. The 26-year-old right-hander will take a 3.86 ERA, 1.53 WHIP, and an 11/10 K/BB ratio across 16 1/3 innings into a start against the Twins in Milwaukee next Saturday.

Ashby is expected to return in a relief role for Milwaukee after getting a handful of appearances under his belt at the Triple-A level. The 26-year-old lefty is working his way back from a right oblique strain that he suffered back in spring training. He should be an option for the Brewers before the end of the month.

Bloss will undergo further evaluation and imaging to determine the extent of the issue and won’t make his next start at Triple-A Buffalo. There should be an update on his status at some point in the coming days. The 23-year-old righty made three starts last year for the Astros before being shipped to the Blue Jays last July at the trade deadline as part of the Yusei Kikuchi deal.

The 26-year-old will add depth to the Angels’ bench with Mike Trout (knee) landing on the injured list on Friday. Kavadas was off to a decent start at Triple-A Salt Lake, slashing .248/.376/.450 with five homers and 20 RBI in his first 29 games. He’s unlikely to see enough playing time to warrant consideration for fantasy purposes.
