Keith played a role in the Tigers’ four-run rally in the sixth inning, reaching on an infield single to load the bases with nobody out. He then scored the tying run on Dillon Dingler’s RBI single. The 23-year-old infielder also drove in a valuable insurance run with a two-out RBI single off of Justin Topa in the seventh inning. With the two-hit attack, he’s now hitting .200/.385/.250 with zero home runs, two RBI and no stolen bases.

Greene’s contributions in the first game were mostly on defense, as he made a pair of fine catches in left. In the second game, he opened the Tigers’ scoring with his homer off Charlie Morton in the third. It was his first long ball since Apr. 4, when he hit his third in seven games to open the year, and it gave him his first three-RBI day of 2025.

Two outs shy of a win, but Montero did his job as the Tigers’ 27th man today. He’ll return to Triple-A possessing a 5.93 ERA in his three spot starts for the Tigers this season.

No surprise. Montero will get the ball against the Orioles after being selected as the 27th player for the twin-billing against the Tigers. The right-hander is stretched out enough to work deep, but it’d be a risky streaming option against the quality Baltimore lineup.

Moore has seen inconsistent playing time against right-handers in 2025, and Seattle will hope for the platoon advantage with Miles Mastrobuoni getting the start at second base in Moore’s absence. Moore has been effective this year — particularly against southpaws — and even with days off, his power/speed makes him intriguing for fantasy benches.

Amador got on base with a single to lead off the third inning and stole second for his first steal of the season. He then slugged his first career home run, taking Hunter Greene deep in the fifth. Amador later drive in a run with a double in the ninth. The 22-year-old second baseman is getting his shot to play with Ezequiel Tovar and Thairo Estrada on the injured list, though he’s hitting just .214/.290/.393 with ten strikeouts over 32 plate appearances.

McNeil got the nod at second base on Friday night in his return from the injured list, so it’s notable that he’s shifted to the outfield in order to accommodate youngster Luisangel Acuña at the keystone.
