Beck opened the scoring in the ballgame with a two-out RBI single off of Dylan Cease in the top half of the first inning. He then swiped second base before being left stranded there. Beck also singled in the eighth inning and scored on a two-run double off the bat of Blaine Crim. With his two-hit night, the 24-year-old outfielder is now slashing .271/.331/.435 with 15 homers, 51 RBI and 17 stolen bases (in 25 attempts) over 541 plate appearances with the Rockies.

Beck is 1-for-13 in his last four games, and he’s hitting .215/.262/.304 with 33 strikeouts in 85 plate appearances over his last 22 games, dropping his season OPS from .804 to .765. If the disappointing finish continues, it should jeopardize his chances of being penciled into Colorado’s lineup next year. He’s not a great defensive left fielder, so he needs to be more than a league-average hitter to have much value to a major league team.

Beck tagged Jeremiah Estrada for a 447-foot (106.0 mph EV) three-run blast in the seventh inning that pulled the Rockies to within three runs at 10-7. He also singled with two outs in the ninth inning off of Robert Suarez, but that was the end of their comeback bid. The dynamic 24-year-old outfielder has had a strong season at the dish, slashing .273/.333/.443 with 15 homers, 50 RBI and 15 stolen bases in 514 plate appearances.

Beck drew a walk in the first inning and stole base before he was left stranded. He later put the Rockies on the board in the sixth with a three-run blast off Paul Skenes as the team rallied to put six runs on the board to take the lead in the frame. The 24-year-old outfielder is hitting .276/.336/.464 with 13 homers, 49 runs scored, 40 RBI, and 12 steals across 396 plate appearances.

Beck smacked a run-scoring triple off of Chris Paddack in the opening inning that extended the Rockies’ early lead to 2-0. He then rode home on Ryan McMahon’s two-run blast. The 24-year-old outfielder then did some yard work of his own in the second inning with a colossal 448-foot (108.8 mph EV) blast off of Paddack that made it a 5-0 ballgame. He also singled in the fifth, took second on a wild pitch and swiped third base before being left stranded there. With his three-hit night, Beck is now slashing .269/.322/.462 with 11 homers, 33 RBI and 11 stolen bases on the season.

Beck gave the Rockies a 2-1 lead with his 10th homer of the season with a runner on in the first frame off Merrill Kelly. The 24-year-old has been one of the (very) few bright spots in 2025 with the aforementioned homers, 26 RBI and an OPS of .796. Not bad for a player in his first full season of MLB action.

If you get swept by the ‘worst team of all-time’, does that make you the worst team of all-time? That’s the question the Nationals must ask themselves after getting swept out of their own building by the lowly Rockies. Beck’s eighth inning home run acted as valuable insurance after a James Wood double in the inning before cut their lead to one. That homer – Beck’s ninth on the season – also gave him an .801 OPS in what’s been an excellent rookie season.

It’s good that the Rockies have started playing Tyler Freeman regularly, but it shouldn’t come at Beck’s expense. If the Rockies wanted to squeeze in Sam Hilliard tonight — and they do, apparently — they could have used Freeman at second and sat Thairo Estrada. At .260/.322/.457, Beck has been the Rockies third best hitter behind Hunter Goodman and Freeman.

It appears to be nothing more than a regular day of rest for the 24-year-old outfielder with tough opposing right-hander Spencer Strider toeing the slab for the Braves. Sam Hilliard will start in his place in left field and will bat leadoff for the Rockies on Saturday.

It’s a rare day off for Beck, who has played virtually every game since late April. The 24-year-old rookie has cooled off a bit at the plate in recent weeks, but he’s still shown that he can make an impact for fantasy purposes as a power/speed combo source with eight homers and seven steals across 49 games this season. It’ll be Sam Hilliard in left field and leading off on Monday night in Miami.

Beck finds himself back in the leadoff spot for the third consecutive game following Saturday’s two-homer explosion. The 24-year-old former prospect’s spot atop the lineup is notable since Brenton Doyle is hitting fifth for the second time in the last three games. He’s been a bit of an unexpected breakout sensation for Colorado since returning to the majors back in late April and should be rostered in all fantasy leagues.

Break up the Rockies. Beck slugged a leadoff homer off Zac Gallen in the first inning — one of four homers Colorado hit off Gallen — and hit a two-run shot off Ryan Thompson to give his club a 13-11 lead in the seventh. The 24-year-old scored four runs in this game, and has been one of the very few bright spots for the Rockies in 2025 with a slash of .265/.336/.573.

Beck has been moved up to the second spot in Colorado’s lineup directly behind star center fielder Brenton Doyle after launching two homers during Friday’s series-opening loss to the Reds. The 24-year-old former top prospect is hitting .421 (8-for-19) with five homers and one steal in six games since returning to the big leagues back on April 19. He won’t sustain this level of stratospheric production at the dish, but there’s no risk here for fantasy managers continuing to ride the hot hand until he inevitably cools off. There’s an opportunity here for Beck to carve out a permanent role at the highest level over the next few weeks.

Beck, out of the lead-off spot for the first time this season, got all of his two homers. They traveled a combined 841 feet and were true no-doubters off the bat. He is in the midst of a power surge right now with five home runs in his last three games (that have only spanned two days). He’s made his presence known since being recalled from the minors last week looks like he’ll be a regular in the Rockies’ outfield moving forward.

Beck tagged Royals’ right-hander Michael Lorenzen for a 399-foot (100.7 mph EV) solo shot in the sixth inning to get the Rockies on the board. He then victimized Daniel Lynch IV for a 425-foot (106.5 mph EV) solo blast in the eighth that made it a 5-2 ballgame. With Zac Veen optioned back to Triple-A Albuquerque, the door is open for Beck to see regular at-bats in the Rockies’ outfield and it looks like he has every intention of seizing the opportunity. He’s now hitting .250/.341/.556 with three homers and seven RBI on the season.

Beck took Cole Ragans deep in the second inning for his first homer in 13 major league games this season, and in so doing, might have earned himself another start; he’s in the lineup against a righty in the second game of the doubleheader. Beck is 4-for-13 in four games since he was recalled Saturday.

Beck returns to the majors with Brenton Doyle away from the club for the next couple days on the bereavement list. He’s unlikely to play enough to merit consideration in most fantasy leagues.
