Mets optioned RHP Alex Carrillo to Triple-A Syracuse.

Carrillo was ineffective in his three outings with the Mets. The 28-year-old heads back to Triple-A, but there’s a chance he could be back as a low-leverage helper for the Mets’ bullpen before 2025 closes.
