Delgado had just two homers and one triple in 103 games this season before managing one of each last night. The 24-year-old is batting .265/.344/.352 in his first year in the Brewers system. He’s a solid enough defensive shortstop to perhaps be employed as a stopgap injury replacement in the majors someday, but he doesn’t offer much in the way of offensive upside.
