Glasnow walked six today, but it was two solo homers that accounted for the only damage. Add in the nine strikeouts and 17 of the 24 batters he faced produced one of the three true outcomes. Glasnow allowed just one hard-hit ball aside from the homers. He’s sporting a 2.56 ERA with the Astros next up on the schedule.

The Giants sent just 28 men to the plate today. Luis Arraez singled in the fourth and then was erased on a double play. There was also a double play in the second after a Hyeseong Kim error allowed Heliot Ramos to reach. The only runner left on base by the Giants was Arraez after a first-inning walk. It’s just the fourth time ever that Glasnow, who has never thrown a complete game, has finished eight innings; he did so twice in 2021 with the Rays and once with the Dodgers in 2024. He’s now 3-0 with a 2.45 ERA and a 38/7 K/BB through 34 innings, and he’ll face the Marlins next week.

Glasnow scattered just two hits and two walks on the evening. The lone tally against him came as Mickey Moniak led off the fourth inning with a double and came around to score on a ground ball. Glasnow got 12 swings and misses on 92 pitches on the night to finish with a 28 percent CSW. He’ll look to keep the good times rolling as he carries a 3.24 ERA, 0.84 WHIP and a 29/6 K/BB ratio (25 innings) into Thursday’s matchup against the Giants in San Francisco. As long as Glasnow stays healthy, fantasy managers should continue to expect borderline elite results.

Glasnow left with a one-run lead and was in line for the win until Edwin Díaz blew the save in the ninth. His bad inning tonight was the third, when he gave up singles to Josh Smith and Brandon Nimmo before Corey Seager hit a three-run homer. He’ll still be a fine play next week in Colorado against the Rockies.

Glasnow worked a pair of scoreless innings before the Nationals put a run on the board with two hits in the third. A walk and a double plated a second run in the fourth. Glasnow would settle in for two more scoreless frames, completing six at 101 pitches. He collected nine strikeouts on 12 whiffs. The 32-year-old right-hander has allowed four runs with a 15/3 K/BB ratio across 12 innings over his first two starts. Glasnow lines up for a start against the Rangers in Los Angeles next Saturday.

Glasnow was able to work six innings in his first start of the season; in encouraging sign for a pitcher that has at times struggled to get deep in games early in the year. He generate seven swings-and-misses while procuring six strikeouts, while issuing just one walk. Glasnow’s health is going to be something fantasy managers monitor for the rest of his career, but when he’s on the bump, there aren’t many better. He shouldn’t have any issue handling the Washington lineup next weekend.

A 10-run third inning decided this one quickly. Glasnow got whiffs on exactly half of the 36 swings against him. His spring ends with a 3.45 ERA and an outstanding 26/3 K/BB in 15 2/3 innings. He’s pretty obviously not going to contribute for six months this year, but it looks like he might be especially good early on.

Glasnow has looked like his usual self in this late-spring outing, averaging 96.1 mph on his four-seam fastball, while generating eight swinging strikes and throwing 79 pitches (46 strikes). The Dodgers are clearly going to proceed cautiously from a workload standpoint, prioritizing Glasnow’s late-season availability over everything else. That mindset caps his realistic upside from a volume standpoint, but Glasnow remains a strong SP3 in shallow mixed leagues. He’ll be a top-30 range starter off the board in most fantasy drafts this spring.

Jordan Lawlar led off the top of the first with a homer, but Glasnow retired 13 of 15 batters afterwards, getting four strikeouts with his curveball. There’s an argument that Glasnow is a little overrated for fantasy purposes at this point, as he’s still an injury risk and probably doesn’t have quite as much upside as he used to. He’s looking strong right now, though, with his velocity right at his 2025 norms.

Glasnow managed two scoreless innings before giving up two singles and a walk in the third. The Dodgers were still up 2-1 when he left, but Jacob Frost allowed both inherited runners to score after entering with two outs. Glasnow’s velocity today was a little better than his 2025 average, but the command wasn’t quite there yet. He threw first-pitch strikes to just five of the 13 batters he faced.

Glasnow was sharp in his spring debut, with his fastball up one mph and his slider up two mph from last year. He actually retired six in a row before giving up a single to start the third inning and getting removed. He threw 32 pitches, 22 of which were strikes.

Glasnow needed just three pitches to record a save during Friday night’s battle and the expectation is that he was going to be available out of the Dodgers’ bullpen for multiple innings if needed on Saturday. How this side issue changes that plan is unknown at the moment. It’ll be another wrinkle to work through during a do-or-die Game 7 for the World Series title on Saturday evening in Toronto.

In case of emergency, break Glasnow. With runners on second-and-third with no outs, Glasnow was able to get Ernie Clement to pop up meekly to Freddie Freeman, and then he induced a double play on a lineout and a horrific baserunning mistake by Addison Barger. All of that happened in just three pitches, so there’s a very good chance that Glasnow will still be the starter against Max Scherzer in Game 7 of the World Series on Saturday.

Glasnow kept the Blue Jays off the scoreboard until Alejandro Kirk smacked a three-run homer to left-center field a couple batters after a costly fielding error by second baseman Tommy Edman on a potential double-play ball. He managed to limit the damage any further after André Giménez tacked on another run in the frame with a sacrifice fly. He struck out five and issued three walks. The 32-year-old righty would likely get the ball to start a winner-take-all Game 7, if the series gets to that point.

Shohei Ohtani will then follow him once again in Game 4. Glasnow was terrific his last time out, allowing just one run while punching out eight batters over 5 2/3 innings against the Brewers in Game 3 of the NLCS. He holds a minuscule 0.68 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and an 18/8 K/BB ratio over 13 1/3 innings of work during the postseason.

Glasnow and Brewers fireballer Jacob Misiorowski locked horns in a throwback pitcher’s duel in the late-afternoon shadows at Dodger Stadium. The hard-throwing 32-year-old gave up a run-scoring single to Jake Bauers in the second inning, which accounted for the lone run against him. He got an outstanding defensive play from third baseman Max Muncy to cut down a run at the plate later in the frame and keep the contest tied. He was lifted from the contest at 99 pitches (59 strikes) after issuing a two-out walk to Andrew Vaughn in the sixth. He piled up 14 swinging strikes and lowered his playoff ERA to a microscopic 0.68 in the process. He’s in line to start a potential winner-take-all Game 7 showdown, if necessary.

Roberts added that Glasnow would be in line to start a potential winner-take-all Game 7 showdown with Ohtani could be available out of the bullpen. Glasnow struck out eight over six shutout frames in last Thursday’s NLDS-clinching win over the Phillies. Ohtani last took the ball for Game 1 of the NLDS when he posted nine strikeouts over six strong frames. The tandem will take the ball later this week when the best-of-seven series shifts to Los Angeles.

Glasnow benefitted greatly from the late-afternoon shadows at Dodger Stadium in the early stages of the contest, limiting Philadelphia’s formidable lineup to just a pair of hits and a trio of walks while needing just 83 pitches (55 strikes) to navigate six frames. The hard-throwing 32-year-old righty generated 16 swinging strikes and finished with an elite 40 percent CSW before turning things over to Los Angeles’ bullpen in a scoreless stalemate. It’s possible he’ll be available in relief in the early stages of the NLCS given Los Angeles’ starting pitching depth, but he figures to make a traditional start at some point in the series.

Glasnow threw 34 pitches in relief of Shohei Ohtani during Saturday’s series-opening comeback victory in Philadelphia and should have plenty of rest before taking the ball again on Thursday in Los Angeles, if necessary.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts confirmed that Shohei Ohtani will start in Game 1 for the Dodgers with Blake Snell and Yoshinobu Yamamoto expected to work in Games 2 and 3 respectively. That means the earliest that Glasnow would pitch would be in Game 4 in Los Angeles on Thursday, so it makes sense that he would be available to work a few innings if needed behind Ohtani this weekend.

The Dodgers said before the game that this would be a short one for Glasnow. He’s expected to be in the pen for the Wild Card series, though he’ll probably go back into the rotation if the Dodgers advance.

Glasnow gave up four hits and three walks before finally finishing the first. It looked like it’d be a quick one for him at that point, but he was fine afterwards and wound up with seven strikeouts while throwing 101 pitches. He’s won three starts in a row this month, and he’s slated to face Seattle in his final postseason tuneup.

Glasnow punched out four batters on the afternoon while issuing four walks. The lone tally against him came on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Casey Schmitt in the second inning. The Dodgers staked him to a big early lead in this one, so all Glasnow had to do was keep the train on the tracks to pick up a victory. He generated nine whiffs on 108 pitches on the day, posting a CSW of 26 percent. Now 3-3 on the season, he’ll bring a 3.06 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and a 96/38 K/BB ratio (82 1/3 innings) into Saturday’s rematch against the Giants in Los Angeles.

Glasnow almost got the Andy Hawkins tribute (look it up, kids), as the Dodgers trailed 1-0 despite Glasnow not allowing a hit in his return to the rotation. The only run came on a sac fly from Kyle Farmer in the second inning, and from that point on he dominated the lowly Colorado lineup while generating 15 swings and misses on his 105 pitches. Glasnow will get a chance to build on this impressive effort — assuming everything checks out well from this start — when he faces the Phillies on Monday.

Glasnow has been cleared to take the ball on Monday night in Los Angeles after undergoing precautionary imaging last week to rule out any structural issues after being scratched from Friday’s start against the Pirates due to back stiffness. The 32-year-old upper-echelon fantasy starter should benefit from an extremely favorable home matchup against a strikeout-prone Colorado lineup that typically struggles away from high-octane Coors Field.

Glasnow underwent additional evaluation and testing that cleared him of any structural issues after being scratched from Friday’s start against the Pirates due to back stiffness. The fact that he’s expected to take the ball again so quickly, especially considering how complex back issues tend to be, is an extremely encouraging sign for the Dodgers and fantasy managers.
