Keaschall is batting .313 with four doubles, six walks and three steals in his last 10 games. It’s been just enough to push his OPS up to .600 for the first time all season. The bat should continue to come around, which would make him pretty valuable if he keeps running; he’s 8-for-8 stealing bases so far.

Keashall smacked an RBI double in the fifth inning that increased the Twins’ advantage to 2-0. He then came around to score on a run-scoring double off the bat of Kody Clemens. He’s having a rough time overall at the dish this season, slashing an underwhelming .223/.280/.300 with one homer, 15 RBI and seven stolen bases in 143 plate appearances.

Keaschall knocked a base hit in the second inning and swiped second for his sixth steal of the season. He was later hit by a pitch in the ninth and came around to score the Twins’ only run of the game on a base hit. The 23-year-old second baseman is off to a slow start, hitting .206/.255/.265 with one homer, 12 runs scored, and 12 RBI, though a low .233 BABIP is the difference from the .340 mark he had over 207 plate appearances in 2025.

Keaschall was Johnny-on-the-spot here with a game-tying single in the seventh inning followed by a go-ahead poke in the ninth. That final blow was a true chopped that only scored a run because the Mets’ infield was in, but for a guy like Keaschall who’s trying to get off the schneid and still has a paltry .557 OPS, every little bit helps.

The nice game comes after the Twins dropped him from third to fifth in the lineup. He hasn’t shown much pop yet this season, but his bad speed is up from last year and it hasn’t led to any more strikeouts. He’s still probably going to spend most of the year batting in the top three for the Twins.

Keaschall is hitting just .222/.278/.292, but his glove is probably a bigger concern than his bat at this point. Today, he turned a double play ball into no outs as part of a five-run third inning for Boston. If he’s not going to cut it at second base, he might not be a long-term solution for a Twins team loaded with outfield prospects. Offensively, things still seem pretty sound here. He’s striking out only 14 percent of the time this year, and while he’s not hitting the ball hard at the moment, his bat speed numbers are better than last year. He should still be highly regarded as a fantasy second baseman.

The righty will get the day game off instead of facing RHP Jack Flaherty. Kody Clemens will slide into Keaschall’s spot at second base, while Josh Bell moves up the order to hit third. Keaschall has hits in his last three games, but is off to a rough .208/.264/.292 start with just one homer and two stolen bases.

Keaschall broke a 3-3 tie by hitting a 101.8 mph home run off Casey Mize. It was Keaschall’s first home run of the season, and the 23-year-old now has five RBI as well. He’s gotten off to a slow start to the season, but his price was always a bit too high in fantasy leagues. His .302 average last season came with a .263 xBA, and he has never had over 15 home runs in a minor league season. Keaschall will run if he gets on base, but he’s also likely to hit something closer to .250-.260 this year

Keaschall has gotten off to an extremely slow start through five games, batting .158 (3-for-19) with three RBI. It’s way too small of a sample size to overreact. The 23-year-old second baseman helped jump start Minnesota’s late rally by smacking a two-run double to left field in the seventh inning. It’s only a matter of time before he gets rolling.

Keaschall victimized Braves’ right-hander Reynaldo Lopez for the 374-foot (108.1 mph EV) three-run shot, giving the Twins a 4-3 advantage that they would never relinquish. The 23-year-old has had an excellent spring at the plate, hitting .360 (18-for-50) with three homers, 12 RBI and two stolen bases. He’s slated to open the season as the team’s regular leadoff hitter and should be an impact player for fantasy purposes.

The home run was a 380-foot shot that left the bat at 99.4 mph. He also added a 99 mph double earlier in the day. Keaschall doesn’t have a track record of much power in the minors and is probably capped at around 15 home runs at the big league level. However, he is an elite contact hitter with good speed who should provide you with a solid batting average, albeit in a fairly mediocre lineup for counting stats. All of that does make him a solid pick since he has recently fallen outside of the top 100 picks in ADP.

Keaschall finished 1-for-3 and is already up to four doubles, while batting .371 across 11 Grapefruit League contests this spring. The 23-year-old top prospect was putting together an impressive breakthrough fantasy campaign last year before suffering a fractured forearm that kept him on the shelf for over three months. He’s an outstanding pure hitter who projects as a strong batting average source with the ability to reach double-digit homers and eclipse 20 stolen bases, making him a potential upper-echelon fantasy option at second base.

Keaschall’s nice game today came in his second start as a left fielder. We’ve been assuming he’s pretty well locked in at second base for the Twins, but maybe they’re considering playing Kody Clemens there are a fair amount against righties. Either way, Keaschall should get all of the playing time he can handle. Victor Caratini presumably would start less often if the Twins decide to go with Keaschall in left and Trevor Larnach at DH with much frequency.

The game was called after seven innings, which was surely fine with the Yankees. Keaschall is 7-for-21 with only two strikeouts this spring. He has a chance to be a top-five fantasy second baseman if he can stay healthy this year.

Keaschall has been a full participant this spring without any limitations after undergoing thumb surgery last October that prematurely ended his impressive rookie campaign. The 23-year-old former top prospect offers an appealing fantasy blend of bat-to-ball skills, emerging over-the-fence power, and speed, and he’s in line to open the year as Minnesota’s everyday option at the keystone. He’ll be a popular mid-round pick in all fantasy drafts this spring.

It’s unfortunately fitting that Keaschall will end the season on the IL because injuries played such a big role in his season. When he was on the field, he was tremendous, slashing .302/.382/.445 with four home runs, 28 RBI, and 14 steals in 49 games. Provided that he comes into spring training healthy, he should be the favorite to be the starting second baseman in Minnesota next year.

Keaschall will undergo an MRI to confirm the initial diagnosis and figures to hit the injured list at some point before the regular season wraps up this weekend. He’s slated to visit a hand specialist next week to determine whether he’ll require offseason surgery. The 23-year-old top prospect suffered the injury during Tuesday’s contest when jammed his left thumb on a head-first into second base. He finishes the season with a stellar .302/.382/.445 slash line with four homers, 28 RBI and 14 steals in 49 games. He’ll be an extremely popular sleeper candidate in all fantasy drafts next spring.

Keaschall will undergo additional evaluation and testing after seeming to jam his left hand while attempting to steal second base in the early stages of the contest. He was 0-for-1 with a walk and his 14th theft of the season prior to leaving the game. The 23-year-old rookie has had a phenomenal season and looks like a potential impact power/speed combo source for years to come. There should be an update on his status following the contest.

Keaschall heads to the bench with Austin Martin taking over at second base following six straight starts at the keystone for the Twins. The 23-year-old rookie sensation is slashing a robust .310/.405/.496 with four home runs, 19 RBI and eight steals across 131 plate appearances in 31 games. He looks like a future fantasy force at a relatively weak second base position group heading into next season and beyond.

Keaschall bounced back after an 0-for-8 stretch over two games Friday and Saturday. The 23-year-old was on-base twice and scored twice in the win over the Astros. Keaschall has certainly impressed in his rookie campaign. He’s hitting .315 with a .922 OPS and 19 RBI this year.

It appears to be a routine off day for Keaschall, who has been a revelation this season for the Twins, slashing .337/.427/.494 with two homers, 15 RBI and seven steals across 25 games. The 23-year-old has played second base almost exclusively since returning from the injured list back on August 5, which is the last time he got a break. He projects as a potential upper-echelon option at the keystone next season given his power/speed combination and strong hit tool.

We’re assuming this is just a day off for Keaschall, who had started 18 straight games. Kody Clemens is playing second base tonight, with Edouard Julien at first. That says quite a bit about how the Twins regard Julien’s defense.

He hit a Carlos Estévez fastball 396 feet to right with two outs and a man on in a tie game. Is it crazy to think the Twins still might be intact and in contention right now if Keaschall hadn’t suffered a fractured forearm in April? He’s been simply incredible in hitting .415/.500/.707 through 12 big-league games. He has eight extra-base hits and three strikeouts in 48 plate appearances, and he’s also 5-for-6 stealing bases.

Less than 24 hours after hitting his first career homer, Keaschall was able to have another big game Wednesday. The 22-year-old rookie doubled twice; a two-run two bagger in the first and a ground-rule double that knocked in a run in the fifth. Keaschall has been outstanding in his limited action, and while there’s certainly the potential for ups and downs in his first taste of MLB action, the upside is obvious.

The 22-year-old rookie infielder capped off a three-run uprising off of Chris Paddack in the opening inning with a 402-foot (102.4 mph EV) two-run shot to left-center. Keaschall also smacked an RBI single in the sixth inning that extended the Twins’ lead to 6-1, but he was cut down attempting to steal second base. With his two-hit attack, he’s now slashing .391/.533/.652 with a homer, five RBI and five stolen bases in his first 29 plate appearances with the Twins.

Keaschall is at second base and batting fifth on Tuesday against the Tigers in his return after missing more than three months with a fractured forearm. He has some history in the outfield and at first base, but he’s played only second base and DH’d this year, both before getting hurt back in late April and since beginning a rehab assignment three weeks ago. Assuming that the Twins stick with that plan, it seems like bad news for Edouard Julien, though perhaps he’ll see some time at first base. Keaschall may need a little while to get going, but since he’ll have the green light on the basepaths, he’s worth trying in mixed leagues.

Keaschall, who has been out since April with a forearm fracture, is batting .265/.367/.327 with seven steals in 14 games on his rehab assignment with Triple-A St. Paul. The Twins could option him out and let him continue to work on things in the minors, but it they were going to do that, they wouldn’t have put his nameplate up. He’ll likely be activated Tuesday and start taking away playing time from Edouard Julien. There’s a good chance he’ll have some mixed-league value the rest of the way.

Keaschall, out since April with a fractured forearm, is still working to find his stroke, having gone 9-for-40 with no extra-base hits so far during his rehab assignment. It makes sense to wait for him to heat up before bringing him back, but he could have some mixed-league value over the final six or seven weeks.

Keaschall had three hard-hit balls between the two games. He’s 5-for-22 with no extra-base hits and a 2/4 K/BB in six games since beginning his rehab assignment, and he’s yet to do anything besides DH.
