Brewers designated RHP Elvis Peguero for assignment.

The 28-year-old right-hander has appeared in six games for the Brewers this season, struggling to a 4.91 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and a 5/4 K/BB ratio across 7 1/3 innings. He could potentially draw some interest on waivers from team’s that missed out on acquiring bullpen help prior to the trade deadline.
