Perdomo tagged Yuki Matsui for a 406-foot (102.9 mph EV) solo home run to get the Diamondbacks on the board in the fifth inning. That would be his only hit in four at-bats on the night. The 25-year-old shortstop has had an unbelievable season, slashing .291/.390/.465 with a career-high 20 homers, 99 RBI and 27 stolen bases.

Perdomo had singled in the sixth inning before coming through in a big spot for the Diamondbacks in the bottom of the ninth. With the game-tying run already home and the winning run on second, Perdomo knocked a base hit off Tanner Scott to walk it off for the win. The 25-year-old shortstop has had a breakout season, hitting .291/.391/.461 with 19 homers, 96 runs scored, 98 RBI, and 26 steals across 697 plate appearances.

Perdomo knocked in two, putting him at 97 RBI for the season. He was a solid enough player the last couple of years, too, but he totaled 84 RBI in 242 games between 2023 and ’24. He’s 12th in the majors in RBI at the moment, even as he’s tied for 80th with 19 homers.

Perdomo’s home run was his 19th of the year. The 25-year-old shortstop hit a two-run home run off Michael Tonkin in the seventh inning. Perdomo has hit home runs in back-to-back games. He’s hitting .285 with an .841 OPS and 95 RBI. Perdomo has proved that he was the most underrated player in fantasy baseball heading into the season.

Perdomo had a little two-week slump going on — he came into the day hitting .170 in his previous 12 games — but he’s been filling up the box score all year. The homer was his 18th and the steal his 25th. He’s also up to 93 RBI now. The only player in the league with both more RBI and steals than Perdomo is Juan Soto, and even Soto has only one additional RBI.

Perdomo got the scoring started for Arizona when he took Payton Tolle deep for his 17th homer. He also singled three times to bump up his slash to .287/.385/.452. Perdomo has been a useful player for the Diamondbacks over the past few years, but he’s developed into into a well above-average fantasy option, at least for 2025. It’s understandable to be skeptical of him doing this again in 2026, but keep in mind this is a former top prospect who doesn’t turn 26 until near the end of October.

One of the best and most unheralded stories in baseball this season, Perdomo just keeps mashing. His 15 homers have more than doubled his prior career-high and the one he hit in this game gave his squad a valuable insurance run that wound up keeping them ahead in the end. To go along with those homers, he also has 23 stolen bases, 27 doubles, four triples, and a .293 batting average. That is an incredible season.

Perdomo smacked a three-bagger off of Brady Singer to open the ballgame and scored the game’s first run on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Lourdes Gurriel Jr. That would be their only tally in the ballgame. He continues to put up elite numbers at the plate, slashing a robust .290/.393/.450 with 14 homers, 84 RBI and 23 stolen bases.

Perdomo reached on an error to open the third inning, swiped second base and rode home on a two-run blast off the bat of Lourdes Gurriel Jr. He then did some yard work of his own with a 423-foot (106.9 mph EV) two-run shot in the fourth inning that made it a 7-0 ballgame. He also drove in another run with an RBI single in the eighth. The 25-year-old shortstop is in the midst of a breakout season offensively, slashing .290/.392/.446 with 14 homers, 84 RBI and 23 stolen bases.

Perdomo helped fantasy teams, but despite the homer, he didn’t help the Diamondbacks nearly as much with two costly errors and was caught stealing for the fourth time. The 25-year-old has now made 10 errors on the season, but has also homered 11 times with an impressive 75 RBI.

Perdomo, who has been hitting second or third against righties, was in the ninth spot against a lefty today, so his four hits resulted in no RBI and one run scored. At least he’ll probably be hitting higher against lefties and righties alike after the D-backs subtract at the trade deadline.

He also swiped his 14th base of the year. Perdomo became the seventh player this year to knock in four runs without collecting an extra-base hit, but no Diamondback had done it since Adam LaRoche in 2010. He’s an incredible ninth in the majors with 71 RBI. Everyone ahead of him is slugging at least 100 points higher than his current .422 mark and has more than twice as many homers as his 10.

Both runs driven in came on a single in the second inning for Perdomo, and he’s now up to 67 on the 2025 campaign. The triple was his second of the season, and the pair of knocks help improve his slash to .268/.371/.420 over 355 at-bats.

The 25-year-old infielder started a four-run rally with a leadoff walk in the fourth inning and ultimately scored the Diamondbacks’ first run on a fielder’s choice off the bat of Eugenio Suarez. He also walked in the fifth and scored on an RBI double by Suarez. Perdomo finished the afternoon 0-for-2 and concludes the first half slashing .265/.370/.413 with 10 homers, 65 RBI and 13 stolen bases.

Perdomo turned a 2-0 game into a 6-0 lead with one swing of the bat. It was one of three homers that Arizona was able to hit in the game against Dylan Cease, and it was the 10th roundtripper of the year for Perdomo while bumping his RBI total to 64. Perdomo has shown flashes of fantasy brilliance in 2024, and there’s plenty of reason to think he’ll be a solid — if maybe unspectacular — option for the final 70-plus games.

Perdomo hit his ninth homer of the year in the fifth inning to tie the game at 4-4. He also drove in a run with a bases-loaded walk. Perdomo has scuffled in June with a .607 OPS, but there’s been some glimpses of excellent from the 25-year-old in 2025.

Perdomo capped off the scoring in the ballgame with a run-scoring single in the seventh inning that increased the Diamondbacks’ lead to 4-1. While he has slumped a bit as of late, the 25-year-old infielder is still slashing a solid .260/.355/.411 on the season with eight homers, 53 RBI and 11 stolen bases.

The D-Backs entered the ninth inning trailing 7-3 with the normally-excellent Robert Suarez on the mound. Didn’t matter. With the bases full, Perdomo smoked a triple into right field to tie the game at 7-7. One batter later, Josh Naylor bounced into a fielder’s choice with Perdomo safe at the plate for the impressive win. He’s now up to 49 RBI over 70 games, and he’s slashed a solid 271/.366/.429 over his 243 at-bats.

Perdomo extended the D-Backs’ lead to 9-3 with a two-run homer off Matt Sauer. He also drove in a run with a sac fly in the second. The 25-year-old is now hitting .302/.403/.488 in what has been a breakout campaign for the former top prospect. Breakout may be a bit of an understatement.

The 25-year-old shortstop led off the second inning with a single off of Chase Dollander and swiped second base, but the Diamondbacks were unable to cash him in from there. He continues to swing a hot bat, slashing a robust .300/.401/.469 with five long balls, 34 RBI and 11 stolen bases (in 11 attempts) on the season.

Perdomo was atop the Diamondbacks’ lineup with Ketel Marte out of the lineup Sunday. The 25-year-old shortstop turned in one of his best games of the year as he reached base in five of his six plate appearances and had two runs scored and three RBI. Perdomo figures to move back to the bottom of the order with Marte active, but he showed once again Sunday that he’s a valuable alternative.

Perdomo’s homer was his only hit, but he had an RBI groundout in the first and he swiped second and third after reaching on a fielder’s choice in the seventh. One of the year’s nicest fantasy surprises, he has four homers, 21 RBI and six steals through 28 games. However, he still figures to return to the bottom of the Arizona lineup after Ketel Marte is activated, which will likely cost him much of his fantasy value.
