The Hawks already know their playoff seed and play-in tournament matchup, as they’ll visit the Magic early next week. Niang and LeVert are among the rotation players listed as questionable for Sunday. If they don’t play, the Hawks will likely give Terance Mann and Vit Krejci additional minutes, to name two players absent from the initial injury report.

Atlanta is locked into the eight-seed in the East and will visit Orlando in the first round of next week’s play-in tournament. There’s nothing on the line for Sunday’s regular-season matchup, which may prompt the Hawks to rest key players like Okongwu and Daniels. Garrison Mathews and Vit Krejci are two of the players who would play more if the Hawks decide to rest their starters.

Young is on the Hawks’ initial injury report for the same issue as in previous games, but he’s considered questionable for Sunday instead of probable. The Hawks will visit Orlando for their play-in tournament matchup early next week, and the outcome of the regular season finale won’t change that. If Young doesn’t play, look for Keaton Wallace to log significant minutes.

Towns did not play in Friday’s loss to the Cavaliers, while Brunson was active for both games of New York’s final back-to-back. With the Knicks having secured the three-seed in the East, there isn’t anything on the line for Sunday’s game. Cameron Payne and Mitchell Robinson are the likely starters if Towns and Brunson do not play.

The Knicks are locked into the three-seed in the East, so there may not be much motivation to play the starters other than Mikal Bridges (he has not missed a game this season). Anunoby and Hart sat out Thursday’s loss to the Pistons, resulting in Miles McBride and Precious Achiuwa moving into the starting lineup. They’re the likely replacements if OG and Josh do not play.

Shamet has not been a factor in fantasy basketball, but he’s made at least one three-pointer in 12 straight games. The five he hit on Friday were the most in a game for the Knicks wing since April 1, when Shamet knocked down six in a win over the 76ers. With Miles McBride (12/1/1/1 with three three-pointers in 18 minutes) being New York’s best bench scorer, Shamet’s production will be needed in the playoffs. Despite Friday’s loss, the Knicks clinched the three-seed due to Indiana’s loss to Orlando. They’ll face Detroit in the first round, which begins next weekend.

Anunoby returned to the Knicks’ lineup after sitting out Thursday’s loss to the Pistons and struggled offensively. Shooting 33.3 percent from the field overall, the Knicks forward was 2-of-9 from beyond the arc. The good news for fantasy managers in active leagues is that Anunoby only committed one turnover. Hence, the field goal percentage was the only category in which they took a hit. The Knicks visit the Nets on Sunday in a regular season finale that won’t impact the standings, as New York secured the three-seed due to Indiana’s loss to Orlando.

With the Pacers losing to the Magic on Friday, the Knicks secured the three-seed in the East before their game concluded. That doesn’t take away the sting of blowing a 23-point lead, but New York can take some solace in Brunson looking much sharper than he did in Thursday’s loss to the Pistons. However, while he shot over 50 percent from the field, he only had two assists on the night. Mikal Bridges (17/2/8/1 with one three-pointer) was the more productive playmaker against the Cavaliers, but the Knicks will need Brunson to do a bit more in setting up his teammates during the postseason. New York’s regular-season finale against the Nets may be seen as an opportunity to rest the starters before their first-round matchup with Detroit. If so, Brunson won’t help fantasy managers in active leagues.

For the 91st time in his career, Young finished with at least 30 points and 10 assists. That puts him 14 games behind LeBron James and James Harden, who are tied for second in NBA history with 105 such games. Young is getting hot at the right time for the Hawks with the postseason approaching. Atlanta clinched the eighth seed in the East on Friday, so Young will likely sit out against the Magic on Sunday. That will give him a few days to rest before they head to Orlando for the Play-In Tournament next week.

What a night it was for LeVert. He entered halftime with 18 points while shooting a perfect 7-of-7 from the floor and ended up setting a new season-high for scoring. He combined with fellow reserve Georges Niang to provide 47 points and eight triples off the bench, which helped Atlanta overcome a halftime deficit. LeVert has been a welcomed addition to the Atlanta bench and should play an important role for them in the postseason. However, with the Hawks locked in to the eighth seed, he may not play in the season finale on Sunday against Orlando.

Gueye’s role has been inconsistent for Atlanta this season, even as a starter for the past two months. However, this was one of the best performances of his career. He provided value across the board and demolished his previous career-high of 12 rebounds, which he reached twice this season. Gueye, who is only 22 years old, should continue to start in the postseason for Atlanta, though Quin Snyder won’t hesitate to turn to his veterans off the bench earlier on. With Jalen Johnson healthy next season, there isn’t a clear path for Gueye to retain standard league value.

Make it nine straight games with a double-double or triple-double for Towns, whose performance on Sunday was pedestrian by his standards. Over the past two weeks, he has provided third-round value in eight-cat formats, with an average of 3.3 turnovers per game causing a two-round drop in his nine-cat value. The good news for Towns managers whose seasons run through Week 23 is that the Knicks play four games and still have some work to do to sew up the three-seed in the East.

Outside of Chicago’s Coby White, not many players have been as hot as Anunoby has been recently. He’s scored 23 points or more in 10 straight games, including three 30-point outings. Brunson returned to the Knicks’ lineup on Sunday after a 15-game absence. Unsurprisingly, there was some rust early on. Brunson would score 10 of his 14 points after halftime as the Knicks moved one step closer to locking up the three-seed in the East. Following the game, Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau said that Brunson was not under any restrictions, but the team trainer watched him closely throughout the game. Also returning on Sunday was Miles McBride (groin), who played 16 minutes and finished with eight points, two assists, two steals and two three-pointers. LeVert was one of three Hawks to score at least 21 points in Sunday’s victory, and seven reached double figures. That tends to happen when facing the team with the league’s worst defense.
