Tshiebwe hasn’t been able to carve out a role in the NBA since going undrafted in 2023, but whenever he gets the opportunity to play, he dominates the glass. He has played in 10 games since the All-Star break and has finished with at least 10 rebounds in eight of them. Sunday’s game was his third-straight double-double, which is a great way for him to end the season. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a clear path for him to play rotation minutes next season, so we may have to wait until next March and April for him to shine.

What a way to close out the season for Sensabaugh. The second-year guard had at least 20 points and five three-pointers in Utah’s final three games of the season. Sensabaugh also had some big performances at the end of last season, but his role entering year two was a minimal one. It’s unclear what things will look like entering his third season in the NBA, which makes him a difficult player to consider drafting next year, especially if Utah opts to tank again. Still, the 21-year-old has proven his potential once again to wrap up the season.

Mann was one of the few veterans that played on Sunday, and he was able to do more scoring than he typically does for the shorthanded Hawks. He scored 14 points in the third quarter and matched his highest-scoring performance as a Hawk. Mann will play a large reserve role for Atlanta during the postseason, but his role doesn’t typically ask him to score as much as he did in this game. Still, Mann will be an important piece for the Hawks as they try to survive the Play-In Tournament.

Game 82 always provides some fun stat lines, and that was the case in Atlanta on Sunday. Wallace recorded the first triple-double of his career and posted career highs in assists, rebounds and steals. Wallace has had some strong games this season when Trae Young is sidelined, which was the case once again on Sunday. The two-way guard likely won’t see the floor in the postseason, but it was good to see him take advantage of the opportunity in this game.

Risacher and Gueye started Sunday’s game but did not see any action during the second quarter. Neither player returned for the start of the third, and their respective regular seasons have concluded. Both will be available for Wednesday’s play-in tournament matchup with Orlando. Risacher finished with six points, two rebounds, one block and two three-pointers in 10 minutes, with Gueye tallying three points, four rebounds and one three-pointer in seven minutes. Jacob Toppin and Vit Krejci started the third quarter.

With the Hawks locked into the eighth seed in the East regardless of Sunday’s results, the team’s three most important players will sit. Okongwu joins Trae Young and Dyson Daniels on the sidelines. Collier’s rookie season ends disappointingly, as a hamstring injury cost him Utah’s final three games. However, there were some positives to take from his first NBA season. A fixture in the Jazz starting lineup since early January, Collier provided solid production in the assist category while also being a solid defender. However, the limited scoring negatively impacted his fantasy value, and that’s an area to watch during Summer League play in Las Vegas. Keyonte George should remain in the starting lineup on Sunday.

Atlanta is locked into the eight-seed in the East and will visit Orlando in the first round of next week’s play-in tournament. Sensabaugh scored 16 of his 25 points in the second half, though it wasn’t enough for Utah to come anywhere close to keeping up with Oklahoma City in this game. This was his second-straight game with at least 20 points and five triples, and it was his highest-scoring game since January 5. Sensabaugh also set a new career-high for assists. Two days after recording a monster 30/18 double-double, Filipowski provided an encore, though it was nowhere near as good as the original. The rookie has grabbed at least nine rebounds in seven consecutive games and has four double-doubles during that stretch. Filipowski should once again play a large role in Minnesota on Sunday to wrap up his rookie season.

For the 91st time in his career, Young finished with at least 30 points and 10 assists. That puts him 14 games behind LeBron James and James Harden, who are tied for second in NBA history with 105 such games. Young is getting hot at the right time for the Hawks with the postseason approaching. Atlanta clinched the eighth seed in the East on Friday, so Young will likely sit out against the Magic on Sunday. What a night it was for LeVert. He entered halftime with 18 points while shooting a perfect 7-of-7 from the floor and ended up setting a new season-high for scoring. He combined with fellow reserve Georges Niang to provide 47 points and eight triples off the bench, which helped Atlanta overcome a halftime deficit. LeVert has been a welcomed addition to the Atlanta bench and should play an important role for them in the postseason. However, with the Hawks locked in to the eighth seed, he may not play in the season finale on Sunday against Orlando.

Gueye’s role has been inconsistent for Atlanta this season, even as a starter for the past two months. However, this was one of the best performances of his career. He provided value across the board and demolished his previous career-high of 12 rebounds, which he reached twice this season. Gueye, who is only 22 years old, should continue to start in the postseason for Atlanta, though Quin Snyder won’t hesitate to turn to his veterans off the bench earlier on. With Jalen Johnson healthy next season, there isn’t a clear path for Gueye to retain standard league value.

Sexton’s minutes have been up and down lately as the Jazz try to take a look at some younger players. He played 33 minutes Friday against the Pacers and was able to score 27 points.
