Both of Boston’s superstar wings are questionable to play against Miami, and it is important to note that this is the first game of a back-to-back, with the second leg against Brooklyn. It is unlikely that both Tatum and Brown play in both games, though sitting out against the tanking Nets feels more likely. Joe Mazzulla could opt to stagger their availability or play both against Miami. It’s unclear at this point, but Sam Hauser would likely move into the starting unit if one or both miss a game. Jordan Walsh and Baylor Scheierman would also be in line for more minutes.

White hasn’t missed a game since January, but he could start falling victim to “rest days” that are listed with actual injuries. It is unlikely that White plays both legs of this back-to-back, but Saturday’s game against the Nets seems like the more likely team for Boston to have him nurse this knee ailment. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are also questionable, so there should be plenty of extra minutes for Sam Hauser and Payton Pritchard.

Porzingis was at shootaround ahead of Wednesday’s game but wasn’t able to play through the illness, which was his seventh-straight absence. Al Horford would likely get another start if Porzingis remains out. Friday’s game is the first night of a back-to-back for Boston, and Joe Mazzulla could stagger the availability of his centers. The only chance Luke Kornet will have at moving into the starting unit is if both Porzingis and Horford are ruled out for a game. With Horford probable on Friday, Saturday’s game against the Nets will be a better opportunity for Kornet.

Horford should be able to suit up once again after recording a double-double on Wednesday. Kristaps Porzingis (illness) is questionable, and his status will be a big factor in whether or not Horford starts. This will be the first night of a back-to-back for Boston, so Horford will likely sit out against Brooklyn on Saturday. That would allow Luke Kornet to start, unless Boston staggers the availability of Horford and Porzingis.

After scoring 21 points on 7-of-21 shooting in losses to the Pistons and Warriors, Sharpe was better against the Knicks. Over the past two weeks, he has made 46.7 percent of his attempts from the field. However, improved rebound and assist production have been difference-makers for Sharpe recently. He’s averaging 6.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game, which is why he’s been a 10th-round player in eight-cat formats over the past two weeks. And with Jerami Grant’s inconsistent availability, Sharpe should continue to log starters’ minutes during the stretch run.

Avdija appeared to make the most critical play of Wednesday’s game, as his three-point play with 3.4 seconds remaining in overtime gave Portland a two-point lead. Unfortunately for him, Mikal Bridges’ three as time expired was the difference. Avdija has scored 25 points or more in three of his last five appearances and has been a fourth-round player in eight-cat formats over the past two weeks. Rostered in 77 percent of Yahoo! leagues, he’ll be worth a look in shallow leagues ahead of Portland’s final Week 19 game on Sunday. Also, the Blazers play four games during Week 20.

Henderson was outstanding on Wednesday, recording his second 30-point game of the season and doing so efficiently. While the second-year guard’s game isn’t “fantasy-friendly” for those competing in category leagues, he is more valuable in points leagues. And with Henderson playing 37 minutes to starting guard Anfernee Simons’ 31, he’s worth the risk during the fantasy playoffs. Simons, who only played 11 minutes in the third and fourth quarters, finished with six points, four rebounds, five assists and two three-pointers.

While the Time Lord was made available for Wednesday’s game after a 10-game absence, he did not see any action. Duop Reath (six points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal, three blocks and two three-pointers in 19 minutes) handled the backup center responsibilities behind Donovan Clingan. Thybulle hasn’t been available to suit up for a game yet this season, but there is a chance he makes his debut against New York. What a game. Avdija, who hadn’t played in two games since he re-aggravated his quad injury last week, couldn’t be stopped against the Warriors Monday. The 24-year-old small forward poured in a game-high 34 points on 15 shots including five 3-pointers. Avdija was also a monster on the glass pulling down 16 rebounds. To top it off, he also dished out six assists. Avdija also played a game-high 41 minutes, showing he’s over the quad injury if his stat line didn’t already give that away.

Camara did not provide much value as a scorer, which is a departure from what he’s done since the All-Star break. However, he spent most of Sunday’s game harassing Cade Cunningham, who committed eight turnovers. Improved offensively, Camara has established himself as one of the NBA’s best defenders. He has also been more of an asset to fantasy managers than expected, providing top-100 value in nine-cat formats. Since the break, Camara has been ranked just outside the top-50. Grant had a good night from beyond the arc, shooting 6-of-11, and the 25 points are the most he’s scored in a game since December 13. The issue for fantasy managers is that, on most nights, Grant provides minimal value in the other fantasy-relevant categories. And with the veteran forward shooting 37.3 percent from the field since the All-Star break, he has been a net-negative outside of points leagues. Add in Portland’s poor playoff schedule, and there isn’t much to gain from having Grant in lineups.

Having met or exceeded that number in three of his last four outings, the Trail Blazers guard has provided top-40 value in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past week. And Simons’ value since the All-Star break has been two rounds higher than he’s provided fantasy managers for the season. The question is whether Portland management will let Simons and the other veterans “run through the tape” and play out the season.
